Include your outline details, or send us the enquiry form, and our helpful staff, who've lots of experience of the hotel industry, will see what they can do.
To help make your conference a success, we will discuss what you are looking for, as well as the dates you need and a range of other details. We will then search for the right kind of hotel for you in the right place and provide you with a shortlist. You can then choose which suits you best. This service is free of charge to you: Conferences Direct receives a small commission charge from venues to provide the service.
As part of your conference, we can also make hotel bedroom reservations, or we can offer this as a separate service. Often we can find you negotiated rates for accommodation at a range of hotels around the country, for your group booking or individual long term stay, and we are much more likely to know what is available in the area you are considering, and be able to find the kind of hotel you would like, much more quickly and easily.
